Abromitis
Online Learning is headed up by Dr. Jacquelyn
G. Abromitis. Jacky's professional roots are in teaching.
She was a classroom teacher for 18 years as an Associate
Professor of English at Middlesex County College in Edison,
NJ. Since 1997, her focus has been on melding education
and the Internet. The desire to learn and expand her skills
in E-Learning sent Jacky back into the class as a student.
She earned her doctorate in Instructional Technology and
Distance Education in December 2002. In the past eight years,
Jacky has been the lead instructional designer and project
manager on the development of over 35 online classes in
seven disciplines, including a 36 credit Masters in Learning
and Technology.
The Abromitis Online Learning
team is drawn as needed from an extensive network of instructional
designers, classroom teachers, and subject matter experts
from a wide variety of disciplines, as well as graphic and
web designers and IT support staff. These individuals bring
high quality skills and experience to bear in creating innovative
solutions to our clients' development needs.
